indianElectronicLive MusicIndian electronic without fixed boundaries. Ghazal, Sufi, folk and Hindustani sounds meet synths, vocal chops, live rhythm and cinematic electronics in WHILE WE'RE HERE, fakir's debut live world, created in collaboration with sudan.
A sarangi finds its way into drum & bass. A ghazal dissolves into a vocal chop. A harmonium sits beside a synth. The idea is to connect the past with the present and future, keeping timeless sounds alive by letting them travel new paths.
Moving between intimate acoustic moments and expansive electronics, WHILE WE'RE HERE explores memory, surrender, love and creation, and the gratitude of experiencing it all in the fleeting time we are alive.
Taking place on the eve of Children's Day, the show will donate 100% of ticket proceeds to two children's charities: Saranam, which provides compassionate palliative care, and Shishu Mandir, which provides education and care for abandoned children.TicketsWHILE WE’RE HERE · Gigs Calendar
